Apex replaced my roof last month and I couldn't be any happier! They are great at their work and are very professional. They are very patient too and never rushed me in the project. I dealt with Kerri Wallis from the start to the end and she was phenomenal! Very prompt,  caring, and professional! She took extra steps to ensure my roof was done the way I wanted to the extent of bringing in Mr Grant, the owner, to assess the finished roof!! 
I highly recommend Kerri (205  531-5756) and Apex to anyone who's thinking of a new roof!! They stand by their words even post project!

I would not recommend Apex. We used them a few months ago and they kept dragging out the project, but the kicker is they asked for payment before the job was finished. It took 4 more weeks before they "finished". No one has come to sweep the yard like they promised, and they even trenched my yard hauling their trailer off. There are plenty of reputable contractors out there, do not waste your time and money with Apex.

Apex put a new roof on may house since the old roof had been damaged by a hail storm.  During the process of making an insurance claim and having the new shingles installed I met several exceptionally nice and competent employees.  Gene Turner worked with the insurance company and then came by to check on the progress.  Amy in the office is wonderful.  I never met Amy but I had numerous phone calls with her.  Last, but absolutely not the least are the workers who put on the roof.  They were on the job before 7:00 AM and worked until dark.  They finished my roof in a day and a half and they did a great job.  Apex is great.

Called for a quote in Jan this year. 2 weeks later no call. Then my fiance called. No call back a week later. I live within walking distance from Apex. I called again the girl acted surprised I hadn't heard. Put me on hold. I was then told they did an aireal survay. Still no quote on phone. Then she said a guy would meet with my fiance the following Monday. The guy came with no written estimate. He then quoted 5720.00 off the top of his head. This is 1520.00 more than two other quotes we received from reputable and insured companies. My fiance was told he would get a email the following day listing what all that included. A written estimate. Never received it. I would not recommend this company to my dog.

First I’d like to point out that We could not be happier with our choice of roofing companies. Kerri Wallis was our representative and she was friendly , helpful , personable and professional !!  She followed up with us through the entire process. Grant, the owner, followed through also and he couldn’t have been nicer and also professional.  I had no doubt that they would take care of us as the customer and our home and roof. They came when they said they would and cleaned their mess before they finished. I highly recommend Apex Roofing. !!  You will not be disappointed !!
