One Call Roofing just replaced our roof and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the service we received. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is their #1 goal.  Julie is a wonderful and knowledgeable asset to the company and she's gone out of her way to quickly answer any questions and address any concerns we have had along the way.  The owners are very "hands-on" and easily accessible. Their follow up after roof replacement is great and they won't close the books until you are 100% satisfied. Integrity is their middle name. The new roof looks beautiful!

My experience with One Call Roofing was absolutely wonderful. They worked with me each step of the way and put on a high quality shingle for no extra cost. They were able to give me a high quality roof at a very affordable price. In fact, they were the cheapest of several companies that gave me estimates. Don’t waste your time in trying to find a better price- you won’t find it. Brian was great to work with, and they were patient in the process. If you’re looking for a new roof, they are the best. Not a close second.

In choosing a roofing company reviews were very important to me. I had to depend on reputation and integrity because my roof is very high and steep. Due to this I would not be able to inspect the work. Once I met Chris I immediately felt comfortable as he led me through the process. Very patient and thorough, I immediately understood exactly what needed to be done and why it needed to be done a certain way. I asked him to take pictures of the work completed and he was happy to do so. Very quick to call back when I had questions. Price was very good compared to others. I can see why they had way more reviews than the others I researched. HIGHLY recommend.

We used One Call Roofing for a leak that appeared during NATE, cause by a pervious hailstorm. Brian and Joey inspected the roof, found the hail damage and helped us with insurance claim every step along the way. Now we have a great looking, leak free, improved roof, with an outstanding warranty and of excellent quality. Brian, Joey and his crew, and the owner Steve were fantastic. They kept us in the loop of planning the work. The weather was not always favorable for a 2- to 3-day job. When it was finally dry, it was too cold to put the singles down (who knew about that). Once they started working, the roof was gone and back up in two days. They got most of all the nails, and cleared all the debris, very impressive. They came back for an inspection and send another crew to finish some of the original builders faults. Cowboy even found that a piece of siding was deteriorated and replaced that. This was not in the original estimate, but the price did not change. I would recommend On Call Roofing and Remodeling to anybody. They are thorough, caring and honest people, who want to help you to enjoy living in your house.

This is  the second time I have used One Call Roofing, and once again I can't say  enough about how pleased I am with their work and professionalism. We had that hailstorm back in April so I finally decided to call One Call Roofing to have them come out and inspect the roof. Adrian handled the call and took it from there. He was efficient and professional all the way. After discovering hail damage, he came back out and met me along with the insurance adjuster while the insurance company did their inspection. The work they did was exceptional. I have a new roof and they did a great job cleaning up after the work. I cannot recommend them enough. By the way, Carter was also exceptional and professional following up once the work was ongoing and completed. Thanks again to One Call Roofing for a job well done!!!!!  Don't waste your time calling anyone else!!!!
