Just like any other REAL review given, literally the worst agency with the rudest workers, we purchased a ticket for my dad and it got canceled and we didn't get a call or notice and so we have to PURCHASE another ticket, that's another 800-1000 dollars, and the agents started laughing when we felt some type of way. So disrespectful and unorganized and plane unprofessional. Definitely the WORST travel agency on the face of the earth. I wish I could put 0 starts Bc they don't even deserve 1 star

This travel agency not only has extremely horribly service, but they are also very very unorganized for so many reasons. Firstly, let me start off by saying how overpriced it is, my father and I payed $1600 each for both of us ($3200 in total) for a 7 day umrah trip (3 medinah & 4 makkah). At that time, airfare via saudi airlines had a deal those days where tickets costed $550 each. The hotels were millenium taiba in madina (avg. $130/ night) and swissotel in makkah (avg. $225/night) the hotels were good location. You would think that its merely an okay deal as is but on top of that, he threw in an extra person in the room with us at the last second which completely ticked us off. A 10 day umrah trip with any other agency, same hotels and everything with only DOUBLE occupancy is around $1295. On top of all this, we gad to call the manager, munther ammar, multiple times everyday for him to send us our hotel booking information which i swear to you he did not do until a few hours before our flight which caused my father to scream at the travel agency. Also, while there, I was notified by my mother that the deal also included transportation from medinah to mecca but we didnt get any notification on this until the night before we left medinah. Our  travel agent mixed up our details and we were receiving calls saying that we also reserved transportation for 6 others yet it was only 3 of us. Overall, this travel agency is horribly and I can first handedly assure you that these people are unprofessional in the way they do business and we will never do business with Apollo Travel Agency ever again. I feel very bad for those who suffered through their business and service. The other reviews on this site will also tell you how bad these people are.

Liars , thieves , booked a hajj for my mom and paid a lot of money and they gave her a flight ticket last minute with 2 stops so she have to get on 4 airplanes to get there , she's suppose to get there direct non stop .... 
Couldn't do nothing it was last minute 

Liars thieves don't deal with them 
And I hope there is no surprises over there with hotels and the rest of the service . 
I'll keep you updated .
