If you have not booked through a travel agent, you need to! I was always a skeptic on them until I went to Liberty Travel Englewood. They go through everything with you step by step! The service is great, and I highly recommend you go and book your next trip at Liberty Travel Englewood!

Great experience at this Liberty Travel! The team has a lot of travel knowledge and expertise and the store is really modern and in a great location in downtown Englewood.

Booked an all girls vacation thru the Liberty Travel 'LT' agency in Englewood, NJ and they were the worst LT Agency I have dealt with so far.  Called for two weeks in a row and could not get my assigned to return my phone call or even get a response to any of my queries from another LT agent.  My Agent then calls me at the last minute to say that payment final has to be done that same day if not my trip would be completely cancelled and the Agent was yelling at me that it had to be done ASAP, meanwhile I was calling for two to three weeks straight and got no response from anyone.  I had no choice but to fully pay the reservation because of the other travelers if not I totally would have cancelled that was how upsetting my experience was with them.  Once the reservation was fully paid for the itinerary that was sent via email and we could not even open our information.  I give it less than one star because their customer service was very, very, very poor customer service and very rude to their clients.
