Mary is horrible.  She is rude and insensitive.  I will never use this florist after i heard the way she treated my friend who had just lost her father and came there for funeral flowers and arrangements.

I did not get the name of the women I spoke with but she was wonderful.  The last couple days has been stressful for us.  We had two family members pass away in a few days.  My brother in law passed away in Florida (we live in Iowa).  I looked up the funeral home and ordered the flowers thru them.  I have been checking my credit card to see if it went thru.  I called the Funeral Home and they said they did not deal with the flowers.  So today (the service is tomorrow) I frantically called the florist.  It was almost closing time but the employee I spoke with was so calm and looked up the information and assured me the flowers would be delivered  by 10 am in the morning for the visitation and even gave me a verification number.  Hats off I so wish I would have gotten her name.  Donehoo Family thanks you.

Extremely attentive to customers needs and budget. Always delivering the highest quality of individual flowers and arrangements. Very friendly staff to always assist you and walk you through what you have envisioned for an arrangement.
