My daughter had recently moved to Clermont, and I contacted Katherine's Florist to send her flowers for Valentine Day. I unfortunately gave to wrong address. the owner personally to control to make sure my daughter got her flowers. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Great local business!!

Was trying to find a nice arrangement for my girlfriend for valentines day, and if you're ever in the need for last minute flowers, do NOT come here, the staff was rude and I felt everything except welcomed. Even the outside is poorly maintained. Never coming here again.

I accidentally called Katherine's after they closed for a last-minute boutonniere need and they answered (awesome surprise number one) and told me they could whip one up if I could get there in 20 minutes (awesome surprise two). I was shocked they were so accommodating considering it was after hours and on such incredibly short notice. When I showed up I expected to buy whatever they had sitting around and instead they CUSTOM MADE one for me (awesome surprise three). I was overwhelmed with gratitude and the gal (Morgan) who helped me acted like it was no biggie. But it was a huge deal to me and she was an angel. My husband bought me flowers from here before (they were gorgeous) and I will go to them for all of my future flower needs. They are fabulous people AND florists.

Was a lucky girl and received a bunch of flower deliveries on my birthday this year, 2 were from Katherine's. The bouquets were gorgeous! The arrangements and packaging were unique and quite special, and the flowers last much longer than the other arrangements. All my local business will be going to Katherine's in the future!
