If you want the best place in town then look no further. A practice that will tell you the truth and give you advice for what needs to be done. Sam and Dr. Airey are quality professionals who are gentle and receptive to your wants. I can thank the staff enough for providing such a favorable experience. Other dentists want to get you in and out as fast as possible but don't expect that here. Thorough work is always performed ensuring minimum discomfort through the process. A big thanks to everyone who contributes to the best dental practice in town!

I was lucky enough to secure an appointment with Dr. Airey and his team at Appalachian Dental Care on short notice – I had cracked a tooth and needed near immediate attention. Dr. Airey and the team were outstanding! Not only was Appalachian Dental Care able to take care of me in one day – they did it all (crown included) in 3 hours. Big Props to Samantha – one of many great professionals on board working with Dr. Airey. I would highly recommend the team @ Appalachian Dental Care to any family or individual seeking top quality dental care in a positive, professional, and compassionate environment. Mark S.

Dr Airey is GREAT at his skills. I think he's the only dentist that does wisdom teeth removal in Boone. His assistants are friendly and helpful too. I told them that I wanted to remove some of my wisdom teeth, and I got them removed in one visit. The operation was fast and painless, and my wounds were healed quickly. In addition, his pricing was reasonable and made a poor college kid without insurance like me able to afford basic dental cares. My experience with the dentistry world was not all that pleasant. I turned away from App Dental Care initially because of some of the reviews here about Dr. Airey and decided to go to another dentistry (started with an H and had better ratings on google) instead. It turned out that the other dentist didn't even do wisdom teeth removal, but his office still asked me to go in, even though I told them ahead of time that I was having wisdom teeth problem and wanted them to be removed. In lieu of treating me, they referred me to a dental surgeon, who cost 2,000 dollars for simple extraction of one tooth. I'm not dismissing others' (maybe-not-so-pleasant) experience with Dr. Airey, but I think Dr. Airey and his office deserve a nice review that reflects a genuine, good experience and a better overall rating than he got now. What I observed at the App Dental Care was that the patients were taken care of, and that Dr. Airey was truly helping people. It's a shame that people turn somewhere else solely because of the ratings, which was what I did. My advice is, read reviews carefully and think critically before making decisions, and not be blinded by the "starry" ratings.

I went to this dentist staff was friendly during my appointment. Afterward received a bill that I owe lots of money to this office and my insurance company sent me a receipt saying they had been paid in full. So I called office staff was very rude didn't want listen to me said that insurance company didn't pay anything.
