They should be ashamed how they treat low-income patients. I have gotten the run-around with them since July (it is now March). I am on Medicaid and it took me four months to even get an appointment and then another four months to get my surgery scheduled. That was over a month ago now. Here it is a week before my appointment and they call to tell me they decided not extend their contract with Medicaid and are canceling my appointment. I understand Medicaid patients are considered bottom-of-the-barrel where medical care is concerned, but life is what it is and I've been thankful to have it, therefore I was more than happy to be patient and wait my turn despite the pain I've been in. But to string me along for nine months, then tell me "oh well, this isn't in our best interest," is just wrong. They should have kept their commitment to the patients they currently had, and stopped taking future Medicaid patients. This just proves they have no care or concern for the best interest of their patients, only their bottom dollar.

Simply awful. Office staff was smug and inflexible regarding payment. Required a large up-front payment that is not par for the industry, overcharged for a simple procedure. Larry Stigall spent all of 2 minutes with me in the office, didn't answer my questions, and was rather rude. Additionally, several months later I got a phone call from a very rude woman from his office. Apparently, they had messed up the billing to my insurance, and were charging me an additional $850, which they wanted on two days notice before they turned the debt over to collection. They made no prior effort to contact me about it, and wouldn't reduce the balance or give an extension, even though the charge was related to their billing problems, not anything I did. Avoid at all costs.
