Our experience with Apple Appliance Center has been extremely positive!  We purchased four kitchen appliances and couldn't be happier with our treatment from start to installation.  Everyone was helpful and professional and always willing to answer our questions and concerns.  My husband and I would recommend Apple Appliance if you are looking for good products and excellent customer services.

BEST. SERVICE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!! And they never left their office. I had an error code on my display on my fridge. Sears would NOT HELP over the phone and their little "chat" expert told me I needed a new grill fan, and they couldn't come out until after Thanksgiving...3 weeks away. What??????? We had just moved it away from the wall to do drywall repairs, how is this possible. Anyway, but my new best friend HOLLY, who answered the phone suggested that since it's a computer try a reboot...essentially unplug and replug. SHE IS A GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From this day forward I will only call Apple Appliance Center.

I caled and was needing them to come out and repair my refrigerator, they acted like Bluffton was so far away. I told the that my house was only 15 from their office and she said "oh wow well we can't go that far off island" I called Resort Appliance. Sorry for being such an inconvenience.

The store was wonderful . Nancy worked with me  to find a microwave that would fit in the space I had available. The microwave fit and the best part was the old trim to go around the oven still fit. The men who came to install were  so nice and did a great job.I was not charged for installation or removal of my old microwave. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Apple Appliance Center

There aren't words to describe how wonderful our experience was with Apple Appliance as we did a kitchen renovation at our Hilton Head Home.  From the first time we walked into their store til the finished project Kathleen and the staff at Apple were awesome.  We used a contractor that she referred us to and it was a great experience throughout the entire renovation!  We are so happy with our new kitchen and with the superb service at Apple.  Thanks to all............I'll sing their praises always as they went beyond my hope &  expectation!  Kudos to Kathleen and ALL.
