I would highly recommend Apple Ford/Lincoln in Columbia, M.D.  I would also highly recommend asking for Marvin Williams.  Mr. Williams did an excellent job explaining the car buying process and he was willing to work with me despite my credit issues.  Everyone at Apple Ford/Lincoln treated me wonderfully.  I went in doubting I would qualify for a car purchase and I left with a brand new Ford Focus, which I love.  Excellent service!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Apple ford Lincoln and I not only got exactly the vehicle I wanted, but a great deal. They worked with me to make my car fit my budget, and also gave me some extra love since this was not the first car I bought through them. I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape titanium addition, and it has been nothing but wonderful thus far. I would also like to mention the incredible service you get through the customer for life program. Free oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections for the life of the vehicle.

Great service from start to finish! Came in only planning to look at some cars. Jeff helped me find the perfect car without being pushy or overbearing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The rest of the service team was excellent as well throughout my car buying experience.

Absolutely great customer service. First time Ford buyer and it was one of the best experiences you can imagine. All employees are friendly and polite. Went into the Ford dealership with no intention of buying a car that day. Left the dealership with a 2017 Ford mustang. I would highly recommend first time buyers or anyone looking for a nice place to ship for a car or truck. A+ work Ford.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Apple Ford. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to their vehicles. I told them that I have already done my research and was interested in driving two vehicles. The Fiesta st and the focus st. After the test drive I realized that the fiesta better suited my needs. The process afterwards was fast and easy. I was in and out in no time. Not to mention their customer for life program is amazing. I am happy to say I am a customer for life
