Great experience, Jay as a sales person went above and beyond. He has amazing customer service and truly made the experience perfect.  If looking for a car, ask for Jay.  He made it a comfortable experience for us. Highly recommend!!

His dealership was very much worth the drive from Annapolis. Immediately upon our arrival we were treated like family. CHUKA ELUE was our salesperson and was a great source of information without being pushy or applying too much pressure. We went there because we never felt welcomed at Honda of Annapolis. We didn't plan to buy that day, (24 Jun 17) but CHUKA and his team were able to meet all our requirements. Not planning to buy, but treated exceptionally well made us make the move that day. I would ask for CHUKA if I was to return for another purchase,  you should ask for him as well.
Our finance person, Jennifer Smith got us through the often confusing financial process with clarity the allowed us to a leave the dealership not only with a new 2017 Honda CR-V, but also with peace of mind that we got the best deal we could, and with a finance and service plan we can live with. I RECOMMEND OURISMAN HONDA Highly, belive me, you could do far worse, (see comment above about Honda of Annapolis.) Thanks CHUKA AND JENNIFER FOR A GREAT DAY AND PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!!

I have wrote deleted and rewrote and I just can't find they right words to describe my disgust with there incompetence in out of state sales. If you need to buy out of state go to Tate they were pretty freaking quick and knowledgeable about each step. They also stated true car prices were only for new cars but they sold me a new car. Don't trust what they say. Also don't pay $950 reconditioning fee on a brand new car sale. These are the worst people and I have purchased around a dozen new cars and trucks and delt with many people. No competition for being worst.
