Walked in without an appointment. Two hour wait for help. Checked back after 1.5 hrs. They could not tell me if I was any closer to getting help. Just got a lecture about being a walk in from a miserable man named Steve. The genius would not give me "an expectation if a time, because I was a walk in. Eventually I had to cut my losses and take my defective iPhone home. This Apple's idea of standing behind their products. I was an Apple disciple decades before it was cool. Its sad to see such a great company treat their faithful this way. Google Pixel, here I come.

Nick from the Apple Store was so awesome. I came in with an iPhone 7 plus that randomly stopped working, my carrier gave me the run around for 2 days straight, so I was pretty pissed off.. honestly not expecting the apple store to be much help based on bad reviews I've read on here... but he was so great to work with and super patient with me the entire time. Great customer service. thank you so much!!

I went to the Apple Store because I had a problem with my iphone, the store was busy but I was checked in as soon as I walked in the door buy a friendly worker. Justin was able to help me with my iphone troubles and was a very friendly employee. All the workers were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Apple Store!

Went to go buy an Air 2 iPad but we're sold out with the memory that I wanted was talked into buying the brand new iPad that came out $30 more sounded great very happy once I get a case for it they only had one option I asked how can you release a new product and not have accessories available no answer thank you Apple
