The location is a pain in the... 50% of the staff always tryst to talk you into a high price item. You must know what you want and all the info before you walk in there or you will get something you don't want. Example.. I went into get a portable blue ray / regular player. The sales guy is like they don't make those. "?" Acted like I was a dumb and didn't know what I wanted. I walked away. From now on I order on line from best buy. Less hassle.

I popped in and out for a quick minute. Nothing long enough to draw a distinctive experience. In the time I was there I spoke with 3 employee and all were friendly helpful and professional. I was pleased.

I went inside the location to purchase a deep freezer, the staff very helpful and polite. The young lady asked for my id which I handed to her. She took all the information down incorrectly. I had my paperwork email to me.  It's been two weeks and I still do not have my freezer. They called me to tell me that they was at my old address I told them  I no longer live 
there, I move two years ago. How did they get that address was inform a misup in the store. Which is so crazy because when they called to confirm delivery they had my new address.  Now I have to reschedule another delivery date. I called best buy which was no hope to cancel and now they telling me I have to wait. I will never purchase anything that needs to be deliver again from best buy. Horrible delivery services and horrible customer services.
Best  buy customer services do not try to resolve  issues they just throw at you their policy which doesn't benefit you if something goes wrong.

I went to buy a new phone and was greeted right away. He was very friendly and helpful the whole time. I got the best deal at Best Buy which also included a $200 gift card for best buy. I am very happy w the price and service I received.

Associated helped me find what I was looking for even though it was in the back. Store is HUGE! Some things in the same category are located in different isles.
