My grandmother has gone to a dr in this office for yrs. The doctors in this office are wonderful but their bookkeeping department needs to be replaced! My grandmother suffers from ashma and c.o.p.d. for her this medicine means life or death. Because the bookkeeping department can't keep track of their payment records they refused to allow my very sick grandmother to see her dr and get her meds refilled. They claimed she owed over $100 when she had a bank statement showing it was paid by check. My grandmother has now had to sit indoors for a month because for the heat and not having her breathing medication until she able to get into a new dr sometime in July! The bookkeepers should be ashamed for sending an elderly women that can't breath home with no meds!!!! My grandmother could easily pass away from not having her meds and that death would be on your hands! Absolutely discussed by their actions and service and it is a shame because the Dr's there really are wonderful but it doesn't help if you can't get in to see them because of their miss actions. This needs to be fixed! I also saw a dr in that office and now I'm in the process of finding a new one. I will also be spreading the word to everyone I know. Thank you for nothing. ERIN WISE

We are new to the area and I needed to see a new doctor because I have the Flu. We made an appointment and I followed the directions to the office that was on the web and in our insurance book. So when I arrived I found the building, that said "Apple Medical  Center but no one was in the building. Thinking that the staff was at lunch I sat in the parking lot until the top of the hour running 101.5 temp and shivering.

Once it clicked 2pm, I decided to call the office to find out if they had moved or something. I was put on hold until the phone looped into "leave a message" mode, twice.

I don't know if this doctor is good or not, but his staff sucks and I will never go to there office again.
