To the Feb 12, 2010 person: Sounds like someone didn't get their pain medicine! The practice sounds better off without that "patient!!" Also, they obviously don't know anything about HIPPA law. They would have no reason not to give the patient her husbands records unless he marked not to in his chart or didn't give them her name at all. Talk about "lies"- the practice is doing better than ever and I get great care from Dr. Schwartzman! I also like seeing David too. Both are very intelligent and caring. Of course, I know how to treat a doctor with the respect they deserve and know how to be polite. Some people you just can't help "enough".
