Horrible. Just horrible. Came in for a screen replacement. The sales rep told me that if they found "other defects with the phone" that I would have to get a replacement bc they couldn't vouch for the "integrity" of the phone thereafter. I said "so basically it's a sales gimmick and you're gonna end up wanting to give me a new phone?" The sales rep said "because of the ambiguity, if your phone has to be replaced we will replace it for the cost of the screen (free)" so I left my phone with them. I come back. Guess what? The phone has a "water defect". What on earth does that have to do with the screen? Nothing. They just can't stand behind their work since the phone has an internal defect. Mind you, my phone has never had a water incident. Lies. A bunch of lies. I asked for my phone back and went across from them to a kiosk. I went to "street talk" right across from them and was able to get my screen replaced for half the price and within minutes. I don't like when sales reps try to con and milk me. If you don't either, don't waste your time going here for a screen replacement.

My husband and I just moved to Long Island from Toronto a few days ago. He has been wanting an Apple Watch for a while so we went to buy one yesterday at this location. We walked in and went straight to the watches to find an employee standing over the table but not paying any attention to us standing there while looking at his phone. We continued to stand there and my husband made eye contact and asked if he could try on a watch. This employee (shaved head- younger guy with tattoos) did not say hi or one word. My husband wanted to try on another band and as soon as he got wind of us actually BUYING a watch he turned semi sincere. We went to purchase and long story short, the card said declined because in Canada our visas need PIN codes also but here they just tell us to swipe. So he then told us since our card got "declined" twice that we cannot use it within 24hrs at that store. Is this a joke? So he judged us when we walked in thinking we didn't look as though we would buy it- judged us after the declined card. He sent the watch back to whoever as we walked out of the store to get another card. So i went back in with a new card and suggested to put a PIN in.. he didnt say one word again- ordered the watch back and then ran it as a debit and voila- It worked! He was NOT friendly what so ever, and sure- everyone has bad days but after reading the other reviews I do not think this is the case. Whoever manages that store I hope you read these reviews. Some of Your staff need more training on customer service. A smile and eye contact never hurt anyone!Never coming back here again.

I made an appointment for yesterday at 2:25pm because my laptop was flopping all the way open and someone at another Genius Bar told me I just needed to go in and get a screw tightened. I showed up at 2:05 and checked in, and they sat me at the Genius Bar right away. I waited... and waited...and waited... and finally at 2:40, after seeing many "geniuses" standing around, I asked why I hadn't been helped. They said that only one or two of the employees are certified in the Mac computers, the rest are just certified to help with iPhones. Pretty stupid. I kept waiting, and finally a very nice lady came back from lunch around 2:50. They did internal tests (despite me saying multiple times that it's a hardware issue) and then she went to the back, returning to tell me that I'd need to leave the computer there for the repair. WHYYYY did they keep me there OVER an hour for a Mac specialist when the repair I made an appointment for and explained upon check in had to be done at a later time!?!??! I couldn't leave my computer there because I needed to use it for work and it was a MAJOR MAJOR waste of time. Very frustrating, unprofessional, and inconvenient.

This is one of the worst apple stores i have ever dealt with. Ken (who represented himself as a manager at the store) refused to give any information about himself. He then kicked me out of the store for "not liking the tone of my voice". The staff was unable to handle any issues or requests and was completely unhelpful around very simple issues. By far a horrible experience with apple customer service and makes me want to not even spend money on any apple products based on just the experience at this store.

I Arrived Frustrated. Left Happy. The cons: The wait was very long to see a tech, but in their defense, it was crowed right up to closing. The pros: The after hours phone support was extremely patient. They diagnosed the phone late at night with a very frustrated customer. Then they scheduled me a follow-up at this store. I got there late for my appointment, but they were able to reschedule me. The staff was universally polite and helpful. They honored my warranty and replaced the battery. I am relieved. The apple care warranty was definitely worth it.
