Went to Apple Spice Cafe to cater a company dept. lunch. Went to pick up my order and  they said they had some staffing issues and my order was not ready, in fact they had not even tried to complete it..CALL me next time and tell me so I can make other arrangements. I understand staffing issues, but please communicate better.    Good thing Jimmy Johns was close by.  Sad performance, usually good when we order there, but not this time...big flop

We had Apple Spice cater an event for Reeder Asset Management. It was the best experience I have ever had. They were on time, professional, and very friendly. We will use them again.

This place is the bomb! Great sandwiches and salads! I don't even like salads usually! Their barbecue ranch is particularly delicious. And the apple cookie is so good!

At our last visit to Apple Spice we ordered a couple of combo meals with a soup and a half sandwich each. We got the tortilla and the potato soup. The potato soup was good and the tortilla soup was excellent. Then we had a chicken panini which was pretty good and the office sandwich, which was mostly bread. We were asked by a man, who we think was the proprietor, how our meal was. After complimenting the soups, we told him our office sandwich was mostly bread. He agreed with us and gave us a new sandwich. To me this is customer service that cares what the customer thinks and is willing to accept mistakes.
