Great food, $7-$10 a plate. Fresh made, the only downside is when the managers are there they always skimp on the food. Like they're the ones providing it. But other than that its still pretty good portion sizes. And great tasting food.

The food there is pretty good but I’ve cancelled more orders than I’ve actually placed. They have a tendency to run out of things- especially sweet pork way before they’re set to close for the evening. They generally wait to call you back and tell you they’re out. One time they waited until I drove all the way in from another community in the area. I started to tell them how frustrating it is to order from them and have them be out...and the girl on the phone just hung up on me. I called back and she tried to give me some story about how she thought I was finished. I was in the middle of a sentence when she hung up so I know full well she just didn’t want to provide any customer service (and yes, she is an over entitled millennial). If you want good Mexican food in Cache Valley there are other places with the same quality but have the added bonus of treating customers like they are important and respected. Go there- I know from here on out I certainly will!

Very disappointed with the food and the service at the Logan, Utah Cafe Rio today. I have always loved their food but I probably will not be going back anytime soon.  Today they were out of sweet pork, grilled chicken and they ran out of grilled steak halfway through making my son's salad. The tortillas were hard and dry and tasted like they were old and the griddle needed to be cleaned.  The rice was hard and the employees were so busy talking amongst themselves that they weren't paying attention to what we were requesting or what they were doing. The cashier handed our receipt and credit card back to us and they had some kind of sauce smeared all over them! Sorry to see this in a restaurant that has long been a personal favorite.

In short just go to Costa Vida they are superior in every single way. I have been here 5 times and they have not gotten my order right on any of those occasions. When you show up they take their sweet time walking up to the counter, and they seemed bothered by your presence

Cafe rio has great food, but this location is not managed well at all. There are consistent problems with order accuracy and quality control. Today I went and they were out of sweet pork at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. We ordered something else instead, and they forgot part of our order. Things like this happen regularly at this occasion, it’s just something the locals have come to expect.
