Apple is not a such great company like a lot of people think.... if you don't have a warranty they are focused to take more money from you, they don't want to help you to repair and keep your phone, they give you some worthless options just to upgrade.... And the most important thing, I'm not the only one who know the "business by trick" they practice, after 2 years or earlier your phone start to have problems after you updated the new software, and why? To upgrade 😃, you pay a lot (unjustified price for an phone device) and they make money on you every 2 years 😃.... How can be this good for me? This is a different type of stealing, making money by trick, manipulating your phone .... Apple is not a honest company, this is my opinion from my experience with them, you people must be aware of this.... What's worse? They are not the only corporation with this type of practice, lately is a general practice.... Why? "Because WE CAN"

Apple replaced my iPhone for free. There was no charge whatsoever. My battery failed but my phone was in perfect condition without a scratch. Apple IOS Specialists arranged for a new phone at their store ahead of time, guaranteeing a seamless transition for all of us. I had excellent service without a long wait time. Apple Care is a necessity, worth far more than the initial price. Apple gave me four new chargers free of charge as well as exceptional customer service. Apple is an amazing company that I highly recommend to everyone I know.

I had a 2:00 appointment to fix my MacBooks recurring problem and 2 hours later the manger looked me in the face and said nothing is wrong when the diagnostics said it had a cooling issue. Over the past 3 years I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and I had enough of the disrespect and hours of my life not accomplishing anything. Mark My Words Apple I am done with your products never again will I ever consider an Apple product.
