T-Mobile

I had a very poor customer experience today at this store. I wanted to add a line to my current plan and the associate refused to do so explaining that they can't add line if the line is not intended to be used for longer than "significant amount of time". What a lack of professionalism, why would you ever lie to your customer.

This store sucks they don't deserve a star, two dumbs down really. I like tmobile don't have a problem with the service. But I hate going to this store. I was standing in line to pay a phone bill, since tmobile like to charge my card twice via phone/website payment double the pay (my only issue) Each service member was busy taking care of customers that were purchasing phones/equipment. Not one employee looked to see the line that was forming behind me, no one even acknowledged I came into the store or assure me that I would be helped soon. Not only was I standing in line for 20mins, a man (caucasian) walt's right in cuts the whole line and was assisted on finding a phone case. I was pissed I just walked out. I wont be going back to this store. Unless the bring the machine back where your able to make a payment on your own cash or card and leave within minutes.

I went to this store earlier today to purchase a new phone and start with this company. Juan was my sales assosciate and he did an amazing job. The process was fast and efficient. The cell phone service is great and I have a better plan with this company then I did with Verizon for far less money. Would highly recommend this company and this store.

I don't really write review this type of company but I was amazed by someone who was very professional and knowledgeable. My boyfriend got a new cellphone here and the associate, name Luis helped him to get a new phone. He was very friendly, patience, answer all the questions we have about the phone, spend enough time with us and not rushing. I really want to recommend others to look for him when people want to get new phone.

The store is very unprofessional everytime we go in all they want to do is collect payments for your bill but don't want to help you out on details on upgrading a phone or whatever deals are there they don't even want to explain much to you all they say is wait till next week it'll be cheaper or right now at the moment they're too expensive like why do they care how much money you have in your pocket there should just focus on selling phones and helping customers this is a very poor store.!
