Seriously, this place is terrible. I has my daughter in and they spent maybe 10 minutes with her. I called because I broke a tooth and do not have insurance. I need something low cost. I was told it would be 200 just to be seen, then another 300 to remove a tooth. This is not including x rays or anything else. This is supposedly a nonprofit yet it's more expensive than any other place. The woman I spoke with was rude as well.

I would give them NO STARS! This dentist is the most ridiculous place in the world. I went in for fillings and ended up having extreme tooth pain afterwards I called them to get a pain medication to last the weekend until my next appointment on Monday morning. They refused to give me anything so I ended up in the ER that Saturday. Got my pain meds went back to Appletree and they had to surgically remove the tooth. They did the extraction and sent me on my way. 2 days later (wednesday) I went back in as I could see bone and was having extreme pain in my extraction site. Dr. Lu tells me "You have to wait 4 days to see if you have a dry socket then sent me home) lastnight I was in excruciating pain taking 2 pain killers every 4hours along with 800mg ibuprofine and it still was hurting. I ran out of pain meds today(thursday) call to get a refill and they don't even send the message to Dr. Lu before she leaves for the day. So once again here I am in pain with no pain killers and a dentist office and staff who DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS! Now I have to call the emergency after hours to see if they can see me or at least give me something more for the pain. They told me maybe Dr. Lu will see you tomorrow then tells me well we have no openings anyway so that wouldn't work. SO YOU ARE TELLING ME YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS OR WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM ONCE THEY LEAVE! I seriously can not believe the way I have been treated and talked to. Appletree Dental beeds to find friendly staff and dentists who acctually care about there patients.

Today I went into apple tree with my daughter having previously great dentists and nurses today not so much she got dr thy lue very insensitive uncocompassionate women. I felt she was highly annoyed by me not understanding her explanation so she presumed to take a very condisending rone with me then proceeded to not give my 6 yr old clear direction asdumed my daughter would know to breathe through her nose as she put a tray and mold firm into her mouth that was way to big the as she started to gag and choke Lue kept smacking the back of her head and trying to forcibly push her head down. I started to cry and this made the dr more annoyed. The nurse on the other hand very compassionate very sweet very comforting. I left and asked for a new dentist for our follow-up visit. Dr lue should not work with children. Again very uncompassionate easily annoyed and a little bit condescending I cryd half way home.

Prior to making an app w this clinic I asked about sedation methods, was told laughing gas is used and is enough most of the time. When I brought in my 4 year old, no laughing gas was used and it was a horror scene. Basically, they did not use laughing gas as I requested because she seemed " ok", but when they started to work on the tooth she was not ok with that at all. I had to hold her down, and she was in a fight or flight response. The job was ended by my request, it was sealed just to seal it. I was very displeased that they went against my desire of sedation method, if I would have known this I would have gotten a referral for a partial or complete sedation. Yes, there are risks to that but at least the job would be done in one go and the child does not get traumatized.

This has got to be the worst Dental office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have never heard of someone being so unbelievably rude to a patient. The Dentist, Kristy (I believe was her name) was beyond rude to my boyfriend and flat out refused to complete any work on him, even with a complete filling missing because they did a half-ass job on it when they placed it in 6 months ago. She did not explain to him why she would not do the work and she talked to him with such a rude attitude. I am disgusted. He is now being forced to wait two weeks in order to be seen again to have this issue resolved. I will never recommend this office to anyone as long as they have a woman like that (Kristy) working for their company. If i could rate with Zero stars, I would. Advice to anyone, find a different Dental Office.
