I got my wisdom teeth out this morning and they were great! I was put to sleep and didn't even feel a thing, they gave very specific instructions to care for my teeth post surgery. They were very attentive and helped me keep calm. Love the staff here! Also they did a great job before, during and after the surgery! They made it as comfortable as oral surgery could be!

The staff were great pre-op and the operation went well (a tooth removal and biopsy on some tissue). However, post-op the service was terrible - they took months to get the biopsy results to me and the billing process was a nightmare. Not only did they forget to mention extra charges for the biopsy which they didn't actually perform (another lab did from what I can gather -I'm still confused), the staff couldn't really explain the charges. The staff failed to return calls several times and reply to emails which made the situation worse.

Poor experience and time wasted! What a joke of a dental office, amateurs. Called my insurance and they said this place is covered. I called them and had scheduled my appointment, they asked that I bring my own images. I filled out so much paperwork only to be told after seeing the "dentist" (man who poked around for exactly one minute) that only one of my wisdom teeth needed to be taken out and my insurance doesn't cover more than a quarter of the costs. Davis was the dentist and not sure why he would say only one was at risk, what a load of bull! Both sides had gotten infected from flossing...not just one but you would think he would have asked that. I was surprised and disappointed with the time I had spent waiting for my appt, a poor consultation and very poor lack of understanding from this business. Literally while I was waiting for them to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover the "dentist" was already in a surgery and neither him nor his assistant were able to talk to me. I'm truthfully glad to get a second opinion elsewhere because I did not like this place or the dentist at all. Oh and after I filled out all that paperwork they still asked me several of the same questions in the chair to type into their data computer. Lots of repeated questions, love to waste your time and good for nothing place!

I waited 3 weeks for an appt for a root canal and two days before they called and said they didn't take UCare Delta Dental insurance and that they wouldn't treat me even if I paid the full amount myself. Apparently they thought I was on a state program but I am on UCare for Seniors and I pay an extra amount each month for Delta Dental.  If they had checked further they would have found that out. Meanwhile I'm almost out of my antibiotics for my abscessed tooth and I have to find another endodontist.  I had a good experience here with Dr Royal two years ago but I'm never recommending this place again.

Had an appointment scheduled for 11:10 am. Ended up walking out 45 minites later eithout ever having seen the dentist. Basicaly had to choose between wasting another hour in their waiting room or going to work. Do not recommend this place at all!
