Water has low pressure for the self serve. The selector to change the sprayer from soap - rinse or other modes dose not work. No hot water for a hot wash ether. Never go in the automated wash it is well known to damage cars.

Terrible self service car wash. Brush for outdoor bay can't even reach the other side of your car or truck

OK so where should I start…  first of all half of the self service bays do not work an the ones that do work are all half broken ... The change dispenser did not work (  there's a sign on it that reads please see attendant for change )  so I went to the attendant to go get change and he says that he cannot break a $20 bill .... What a f-ing joke this place needs to be revamped or shut down its a dirty run down dump  and I certainly would never run my car through the automated car wash because the brushes look like they clean off cars after they go mudding and are  never replaced .  Better off going to the new car wash on Killingly Street in Johnston brand-new and all the vacuums are free and work very very well  I know for now on I will be taking my business there and not to Apple Valley car wash

Always had a good experience.  Give the guy a couple dollars tip to scrub a little more. Only right.
