I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Apple Valley this weekend with Jason Wolf. I was pleased with their assistance in providing me with low my interest rate on my loan, warranties, cleaning my vehicle and providing me with a full tank of gas before my trip. Jason made this purchase easy and stress free, and I am very grateful for that! I would definitely recommended Apple Valley!

I will rate 3 stars because I can't take it out on the dealership just for one bad experience with a certain person. I bought my first car here and have been bringing all my cars here for service for the last few years. Never had a bad experience until yesterday. I recently had my windshield replaced because it was cracked . The people who replaced it mistakenly didn't give me back my inspection sticker. I never have had to have my sticker replaced so I called the dealership for assistance. After not being able to get through after multiple attempts I finally got the receptionist she transferd me to a female manager in service (sorry I forget her name). She picks up and I explain the situation initially she was nice. Basically told me i had to get an entire new inspection even though I just had it done this past october . confused I said why can't you just replace the inspection sticker I'll pay for it . She got very rude and snippy maam it's not my rules if you want to argue why don't you call the state police .I was shocked. Being in customer service myself I understand customers can be trying at times. However I was just simply trying to understand because I've never been through this before. Instead I was talked to like I'm stupid. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I spoke with Larry Heginbotham about getting oem tow mirrors installed on my Silverado 2500HD truck.  He quoted me $350 for installation and set up an appointment.  When it came time for my appointment I was told it would take 3-4 hours for the install.  After waiting for 3 hours I received call saying that there was a special cirucircumstance with my truck.  The labor installation would take much longer than anticipated and cost a whopping $1200.  My experience at this dealership was very poor.  I would not recommend getting any services done here.

Buying a new car can be a little overwhelming, but at Apple Valley Chevrolet the people are very courteous and helpful.
