Needed to kill time while waiting for our hotel room to be ready. Decided to have leisurely long lunch somewhere familiar. Hostess and waitress were very friendly and food was good.

Ordered the sirloin steak with mozzarella sticks  on it. It was not bad at all. But the wait for the initial service was longer than usual and server forgot an item on my order.

I took my wife To eat hear last night I was not Hungry since i had already eaten at an event. My Wife had a free entree coupon for her Birth Day but they would not let her use it unless she purchased an additional entree  asked for the manager who told us the coupon needed to be printed (we don't own a printer ) but she would accept it.  but when the waitress came by again, insisted that we had to purchase more food if we wanted to use my wife's Birthday coupon (there was no mention of any conditions in free birthday entree stating there was additional purchase required) we just paid for our drinks and left. this is not the first time i have had problems or "inconveniences" with this particular Applebee's  but last night was their last chance  there are so many other much better places to eat around the area to bad this place is so poorly managed. wont ever be going here again

Even when you look old, they want to see your ID twice. Once when you order and once when you get the drinks. Ths Mac and Cheese is only pasta (no cheese, no cream.) The stake has a lot of fat (I love fat, but this is too much for me.) I do not recommend this place at all.

If i could rate this place a 0 i would it started off we came in and was seated at a both then was told we had to move because there was no server for that area we was moved to a new and wider booth. 10 mins after meeting our "new server" i realize she is also the server that was serving the previous table we sat at after that we get our food we order not only Was one of the orders completely raw one was packed with pepper the fries were salty one order was half cooked half raw mountain dew had black stuff floating in it and to top it all off the server spilled the soda across the whole table and had one of us gelp her clean it😡😡😡
