First time here tonight.  Classy place to eat!  The ambiance here is perfect for a Romantic Date with that special someone ❤😎.  The music also adds to the atmosphere.  My girlfriend had some great steak and I had the appetizer nachos for my main course.  We would definitely come back here for another meal!

The food is out of this world. Great for a casual date night or engagement proposals. The service is top notch. Call for reservations  but don't be surprised if you can also get a seat when just showing up. Or have a seat at the bar for just a late afternoon drink.

I recently ate here for my Birthday and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and seems genuinely happy to see you. Even right at opening it was bustling with people at the bar. 

The food is what I cherish this place for. Everything is always delicious, if a little heavy on the garnishes. The menu isn't too big, but just the right size to offer something for everyone. I can say their canvas decor needs a bit of updating since it's starting to fade, but I love their plates and water pitchers. 

My only real complaint is I can't eat here more often because the food is a tad expensive, but they always give you good size portions so there is plenty to take home.

Coming from Chicago so we were craving Fried Zucchini with Ranch Sauce! We called Olio thinking they had it in their Menu, they did not but that didn't stop them from Satisfying their Customers! They offered to make us our Favorite Appetizer and it was done in no time! We are so thankful!

Olio is my first stop when I visit a friend in Waterford. We ALWAYS go there the first night of every visit. Jerry is my favorite server (I hope he's still there....I'm headed north in less than two weeks), friendly and fun but professional. The food is delicious and beautifully plated. I especially like the unexpected combinations of ingredients. The bartender is a superstar in my book--the perfect SoCo Manhattan I love is, indeed, perfect and never skimpy. I'm on the way, Olio!
