I don't usually post reviews but this one needed to be posted. I came to this location for a late dinner with a few friends and honestly, I won't be coming back. When we arrived there was no hostess for about 10-15 minutes. Another group with the same amount of people came in and got seated before us. The "lovely" hostess told us our wait would be 30-35 minutes despite there being many vacancies. After stepping out and deciding to stay and wait, the hostess, in a snarky sarcastic tone said "oh you decided to wait?" I spoke with a manager and she rudely interrupts to tell him she has "a bigger problem in the bathroom" and that "she can wait". The manager did absolutely nothing. When we were getting seating the hostess said "he told me to seat you so I guess I need to find you guys a server"...Ma'am if working with the public hinders you that much, I suggest you find a different job. Our server was visibly exhausted but was AMAZING!! I give her props. This location needs retraining or something ASAP!

Place order to go @ 8:07 for pickup in 15 per the staff. Waited 50 minutes still not ready. Went inside and only to see staff standing around laughing both cooks out smoking. After 10 additional-minutes a waitress by the name of Lauren cane out and flung my three bags on the counter. I checked the order to make it was correct Willie “Lauren” stood the trying to intimidate me with her arms crossed and puffed up like she was going to explode. Restaurant was not busy. No reason why the order should have taken over 1 1/2 hour. Would not recommend

The wait time was horrendous. We were sat in the bar area, and had to endure with someone sweeping around our high table the entire time we were there. So many hostesses and servers and we waited 10 minutes to get a to go box. I forgot you have machines on the table to pay for orders. Convenient? No! It had another tables bill displayed. Glad I don't live in Greensboro. I would not go back.

If the thought ever crossed your mind to eat at Applebees PLEASE avoid this particular location. Although the waitress was nice AND helpful during the visit. The dish I ordered looked like it came out of a Mac and Cheese Kraft box and nothing like the picture on the menu. It was missing ingredients even after making a compliant I never received the gift certificate in the mall and I surely didn't even get a call back from management after speaking with them about the gift card.

Plate came out sizzling. You would think it would be hot. NOT. Nothing like the picture on the menu. Waitress was nice that's the only thing. Will not come back again.
