First of all I had great people to have lunch with. The service was slow and we were not there during a busy period. The place was empty. I found a toy on the floor left from an earlier group. There is a fishbowl of about 7 TVs. Seven, so if you are just going alone you can watch 7 TVs at once. I think that no matter where you work you will stand out for great service. No one really stands out here. They just get your order and wait wait wait till you are good and hungry maybe even ready to leave and then out comes the food. If you have anywhere else to go do not go here, but if you plan to sit a while. Why not?

Not a terrible experience but the food quality is not that good. Ordered the 2 for 25 special. Chose buffalo wings for the appetizer. They were not good. Tasted like they were warmed up in a microwave. Steak was fine. Baked potato was undercooked and small. Green beans were good. Just not my favorite place to eat.

The service here is the absolute worst. We waited probably 45 minutes to get our check. When the waitress had come back around, she gave a lot of attitude and then took another 25 minutes to come back with our cards. Not to mention the table behind us waited 45 minutes for their order (of fries...). The manager came over and talked to the woman behind us like she was a child and tried to give away a bunch of free food. This waitress of ours is not the only one that has been extremely disrespectful. I've also overheard a waitress call people retarded and talk about customers poorly. Sad to say but I really don't want to come here ever again.

It took is 40.minutes before or food.order was taken. I did notice the kitchen was overwhelmed, as manager was delivering food. Then when we did get our food, one order never made it, he food was never ordered. She then got food 20.minutes from that point. 2 hrs and 15 for every person at the table to have food. We arrived at 10:10 and left at 12:15. People who 've in behind us, got food before us. The air was turned on randomly in the middle of winter, and the manager refused to speak with us directly, but comped one of the 3 of the meal tickets. Dollar night bahama mama, pass. However, I waitress, did make the mood lighter, despite the circumstances and we left her a tip!

Not a good experience tonight . We arrived around 5:30 and got seated fast, not very busy at this time. Received our menus no problem , waitress asked if we were ready to order. Not sure if she meant drinks or food. Anyway it took quite a while for food to come, both my husband & I ordered a burger. She brought it to our table & told us our French fries weren’t ready( took 10 minutes longer) didn’t ask if we wanted ketchup or mustard for burgers . We sat at our table waiting for our bill while waitresses & hostess stood talking. Just not good customer service. Bathroom stunk & needed a cleaning .
