I am here for lunch. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. The food I ordered arrive in 4minutes and 56 seconds. That is 10 minutes before the promised time. The food was correct, hot and delicious. My server's name was Bri. I will def. go back for lunch again.

Good service. Wings are always over cooked and hard. Also the sauce is either not enough or way too much. Hooter wings are perfect size and better.

When our food got brought out, two people in our party were missed and ended up waiting on their food for an extra 25 minutes. The food runner didn't say anything and our server didn't come by after. We eventually flagged him down and his response was that the kitchen would "yell at him" if he didn't bring out the incomplete order. 

We found a manager later who wasn't concerned about our experience and didn't offer a resolution. If they would have been upfront about the wait, we would have been understanding. We paid full price for the meal.

The actual food was decent, although it was cold by the time we actually ate it.

Typically, I love this place. Unfortunately, this location messed up my order twice and the place was absolutely disgusting. I know it was Saturday and pretty busy but clean up a little after tables leave.

Do not eat here if you have an allergy!! They will ignore your requests and not tell you until it’s too late!

I requested that one of the sides be removed from the meal because I have a severe allergy to its main ingredient. They served it to me anyway. I touched the box it was in before I realized that the allergen was in there. I had a severe allergic reaction and the the manager said “Oh we’ll try to do better next time.” I’m not even joking - that’s a quote from a phone conversation we had a few minutes ago. 

I used to love this place because they always offered to switch the allergen out with something else, but tonight they cost me a very expensive epi-pen and some pretty expensive allergy medication as well. Thanks, new management.
