I ordered online for grab-n-go. I asked for as soon as possible, for when to pick up. Well, I got lost, (from out of town), took me much longer to get there than I thought. I honestly expected for the food to be cold. Nope, wasn't even ready yet. I waited an extra 20 minutes for the bags to come out. The girl told me there were plates & silverware in the bags, I said thank you, then asked for my drinks. She didn't know about them, so I told her what they were, (raspberry tea, no ice), and she said she'd be right back. She came back 25 minutes later & the drinks had ice. I got back to my uncle's hospital room & unpacked the food to discover that not only was the food cold, but there were no plates or silverware. My uncle had to pick up his steak to eat it. My chicken was cold, overcooked & had no flavor. Oh, and he drank the ice cream that came with the brownie bite. (Mine was spilled all over the container. The best part of the meal was the mac-n-cheese. To say the least, I will not order from them again the next time I'm in town. After spending $50, I really expected more.

I was here on travel for a track meet. Prompt seating and service for a pretty busy time of night and major event in the area.  I felt the service and food was slightly better here versus my local Applebees.  Decor and cleanliness was on point....I felt beer selection was decent and current....they had Stella and other favorites.  Crowd/diners seemed pretty diverse. No complaints here...I'd recommend.

I only come occasionally, but every time I do come here I am immediately seated and I always come with at least four people. Very clean, cozy and postive atmosphere. I've only come once and it was crowded, and that was on Father's day. It's Applebee's so it's obviously expensive, oh well. Incredible service, our server usually takes all four of our orders by memory and ever since I've been here they've never made a mistake on our orders, no matter how complicated. The food is delicious, hot and fresh tasting. Great for families, a date, or a night out with friends.

I go here sometimes and always love the food! On one occasion, the last time I visited specifically, I didn't know there was a time limit to a day food special (before 9pm) so without me complaining first, the server contacted the manager to remedy the issue which he did over and above! I did visibly look disappointed that the special we went for had ended a few minutes prior to ordering and that's the only cue the server needed. I left happy and stuffed!

Parking was good, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Wasn't crowded on a night a football game was on TV. Spent $100 for two adults and two teens. Four entree's and two appetizer's with four soft drinks. Menu seems to be the same for the last 5 years plus so would be nice to see new stuff from Applebee's.
