While waiting to be seated one of the host's laid her chest and elbows on the check in podium playing on her phone,playing with her hair and just showing little respect for herself,her job and guests. We were seated quick, got our drinks and food in good time. Unfortunately I got my hopes up about the chicken and waffles. Chicken was cold,lacked sauce and the waffles were awful! Crunchy texture and crumbling apart. Tasted like cheap cake batter. This was our first and last trip to this Chili's. Our waiter was a sweet young man who was helpful and kind.

Chili's has great food and great atmosphere.  When you order a burger they cook it the way you ask for it.  The restaurant is spotlessly clean.  The wait staff is quick and efficient, and what makes their job easier is that the cooks turn the food out quickly.  Like a lot of modern restaurants, they have those computer gadgets on the table which adds forced advertisement and feedback when you want to pay or look at deserts.  I don't understand why the chains don't see that these are annoying...  $25.  Seemed like a lot for two burgers with no drinks, just saying...

We came in told the hostess that we needed a table for 6. We were shown to table. As our party started arriving we told our waitress ( who had been our hostess)that we needed another table, she slid one over, took our orders. We ended up not needing the other table, but she was very kind, efficient, and gracious. She made sure to keep our drinks refilled, made appropriate offers and let us take our time.

absolutely love chili's it's my go to place for special occasions or just for a nice meal. Love ordering the mango tea and the fried pickles. very nice workers they keep the dining and lounge area clean. all in all it's a pleasant experience

I'm a little biased: I'm a waiter and bartender here, so what I write will only focus on the food, atmosphere, and my experiences as a guest here on my days off. That being said, onto the review.

I had never eaten at a Chili's before starting work here. The first day I tried the food was opening day. I was not disappointed. Working in the food industry also make me realize this place rocks in a lot of ways. Want good service (close to eight times out of ten)? They've got it. Want reasonably priced food? Got it. Tasty food? Got it. A bar other than Bdubs? Got it. To-go options? Got it. 

Could not recommend Chili's in Lynchburg more.
