Came in late about 9:45. took almost 15 minutes to get seated. There was 7 tables in the entire restaurant. Several servers and the bartender looked at us many times and even pointed in whispered before walking back in the kitchen and leaving us at front for another 7 minutes... Server was polite but never even refilled our drinks until we were ready to pay. Had the chicken and shrimp and while I admit it's good it was a pretty tiny portion for the price considering what applebee's has to offer its customers. Only reason we came in is that we needed a late dinner and no one was open. doubt I will be back. I miss the days when corporate restaurants went above and beyond in service and quality but sadly those days are long behind us.

Just stopped in for drinks and desert, and we had a great night. Sat down immediately at one of the high tops in the bar area. Bartender was very friendly and attentive even though we weren't ordering much. Drinks were mixed well, and the desert was amazing. We would definitely stop by again if we are in town.

On Sykes Creek It's a little hard to see from traffic. They have Happy hour specials there and a there's a tablet to play trivia and order additional items. The food was ok the main course was steak and it was cooked the way we wanted it. but the sides were not that great. My baked potato tasted dry and a little old and my green beans were a little soggy. Our server brought out our food in a timely manner and refilled our drinks when we needed it. But he forgot to periodically clear our table after we were done with our apitizer, so we ended eating our main course with a clutter table.

The only thing pleasant about our recent visit to this Applebees was my company. Our server made it obvious she hated her job and no effort to be hospitable. Ordered the 2 for $25 meals and our salads were decently sized. Our food took about 40 min to be served, the restaurant was about half full and at that rate I guaranteed my medium cooked steak was going to be well done... low and behold it was well, WELL done. The servers response ... "really... do you want another one?" And I declined because we had a movie to catch... no response turned to the table behind her and picked up their dishes. The manager ended up refunding half of the $25. Extremely dissatisfied and would never recommend to anyone ever.

The menu had what they called 1,2,3 choice steak dinner. First you choose what size sirloin 6 or 8 oz. Then you choose a topping. I chose mushrooms and onions. Finally you choose how you want your potato. I chose garlic mashed. The steak was not very tender but the taste was very good. I would order it again. Steamed broccoli also accompanied the steak and potatoes. My usual go to menu choice is their Oriental chicken salad but that evening I just felt like having the steak.
