I love this Applebee's. It is in my neighborhood, so it is easy to access from where I am. The service is always prompt and the food is always good. I've never had a bad experience here!

This place has severely gone down hill. I will start by saying that they got 2 stars instead on 1 because the waitresses certainly were pleasant and tried to help. I ordered a medium rare 8 Oz Steak and it came more than well done (included pictures). It took a long time to get someone to help as our waitress had an injury and needed to go to the hospital (again wait staff were the shining star here). I didn't get my replacement steak until well after I was done my entire meal. Once that came it was actually under done (again pictures included). I needed to catch a flight and this was still better than what I got served the first time. No comp, no anything else for that. Also the restaurant was cold, probably about 55 degrees. Someone else complained in the restaurant to which the Restaurant Manager claimed the heat was on but clearly it was blowing cold air. Yes it was cold out but not below 40 and you need working heat. This was a nice Applebee's that we frequented when I travel back and forth, I still gave the waitress a reasonable tip as I didn't want to punish them for clearly other issues. Disappointing, we like Applebee's generally, this was a huge disappointment and we may not go back there again.

There is no pricing of there happy hour anywhere on drinks and appetizers. I ask the bar tender she wasn't specific. I didn't know appetizers price half off after ten pm

Great food and service .Fantastic menu and atmosphere. I highly recommend it for all hungry people. Healthy food and drinks. Very nice place to eat. Extremely great service. Reasonable Prices, a truly amazing dining experience. I highly recommend, you go to the this restaurant!

Honestly probably one of the most disrespectful establishments I’ve ever been to. Service was completely terrible I will never show up to this place again. Waited an hour and a half to get our food and it was all wrong. I asked for barbecue sauce four times before it arrive to my table and by then I was already finished with my food.. the waitor was cursing and being very disrespectful. Tall white male named michale the most disrespectful server ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS APPLEBEES. THEY CHARGER ME FOR BARBACUE SAUCE I DIDNT GET!!
