Waitress was rude and short with us . I think her name was Ashlee. .We did not order appetizers and cocktails. It was 12:45pm. I went for the $15.99 Steak and lobster.  The meal was excellent . I brought a Senior friend. :(   Drove to Palm Harbor for a lovely meal..

Great service and wonderful staff. We had our drinks three minutes after we sat down and had the best waiter. I was glad I got the opportunity to praise him when the manager came by to see how we were doing. High quality customer service. The food was awesome as well. I tried the  Toomba Wooba shrimp and salmon it was some of the best I’ve had.

We had to wait for a table but we'll worth the 12 minute wait.  All the food was cooked properly and it was all very hot! Our waitress Sarah  was very friendly and attentive. We will most certainly be back.

I chose outback steakhouse to take my husband out for His Birthday today, and honestly, the service was poor, and I had to ask for napkins 3 times after I got my meal. My husband ordered the Ribeye with shrimp, and He ordered it medium well, and they brought it to him overcooked and he said that the meat was tough. The waitress was not hardly at our table at all, it took 15 minutes to get my coke that I had ordered, and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. 
This was one of my favorite steakhouses for years, but it wasn't a great experience this evening. The waitress that I had needs to be more attentive to her customers. 
However, The manager gave my husband another Steak and Baked potato, and our entire meal was free. So, I will say that the Manager was very nice and apologized for the problems with our dinner, and I appreciated his kind words.

Thank you! Finally a great outback experience! Rocky kicked ass, super friendly and attentive... The food was on point! Thank you for the birthday dinner
