I'm going to tell you from the beginning it was not a great visit including food and service.  (Bullet points). Server did not take our order correctly.  Server never checked on our table. Appetizers were timely but without silverware and plates. Waited 10 minutes to get someone s attention to give us plates.  Appetizers returned because they were cold. Food served totally wrong.  Ordered another serving. It came 20 minutes later we took it for take out.  They took care of the il prepared dish but charged twice for the same burger.  And after all that we left a good tip.  Needless to say I won't be coming to this location either. *Thanks to that wait staff who made up for our server.

I get frustrated with this place at times cause the wait staff looks like they rolled out of bed after a night of binge drinking and came straight into work. Sometimes I just want to be waited on by someone that doesn't reek of cigarettes and alcohol. Not saying the wait staff are alcoholics but they should present themselves a little better, at least with clean pants and clean shirts. INTEGRITY!!!!

Is it me or am i being too critical. Well I still gave them 4 stars cause I like the steak Wonton Tacos. One thing i wish they can correct is make the Ribs the same every time . Meaning the meat should fall off the bone  instead every time i order ribs its a gamble, sometimes i pray to god my ribs will be under-cooked so the meat wont be so tough. I  would rather eat raw baby backs ribs than over cooked tough ones.

Been enjoying the experiences when I've visited. Had a waitress give us a hard time because we wanted a table instead of a booth at our business meeting. Haven't tried the night life side of the bar yet

Takes my order then comea back after about 10 minutes to tell me theyr'e out of the menu item i ordered, would i like something else? Ok i make another selection they dont have that either. This is on a Saturday night after we've already ordered drinks and appetizer. Then the manager comes 2 minutes later after I tell my waitress I'm leaving and says oh we can now do the second choice but it'll be an extra wait. I told her I wasn't interested. No offer to comp anything. $28 check for 2 drinks and an appetizer and lousy service (not the waitresses fault).

I've been to Applebees so many times at many different locations.  This one was my least favorite.  Service was blah, food was worse. I never remembered the food being below average.  Desserts were the only consistent item.
