Boy Oh Boy Where should I start? Ok now let me start off by saying this: The food could be really good and terribley bad. (I'm not a scientist, unofficial stats) About 2 out of 3 visits will be good and well the third is a different story. The steak is very good when it is done right but expect to send it back a few times. My dad almost got into a fist fight with the manager because he refused to send back our steals that were so rare that they felt cold! So step up your game outback. My family and I have been to your restaurant about 12 times now. So yeah that is my experience.

HORRIFIC experience. Over cooked meat sent back. Sugar in my sweet potato when I asked for none. CHARGED FOR MORE EXPENSIVE WINE... SERVICE TOOK FOREVER AND BREAD CAME WAY TOO LATE... (WAITRESS FORGOT) CHECK BEFORE DESSERT WHICH WAS PART OF THE MEAL BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT... SO THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO GIVE US ANOTHER CHOICE, EXPECTING US TO JUST FORGET... AND TOOK 15 MINUTES TO GET A REFILL OF MY SODA AFTER I ASKED FOR IT.... AND AT THE BEGINNING WE WERE TOLD A 30 MINUTE WAIT EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE PLENTY OF EMPTY TABLES, THEY TOLD ANOTHER COUPLE 45 MINUTES... THEY LEFT... AND SO SHOULD HAVE WE.... 2 AND A HALF HOUR DINNER! EXHAUSTING.

Well, I tried to order food from this place. Didn't show up when we ordered online. We said okay, let's call. They said okay, sorry for the inconvenience, reorder. We reordered. We waited... and waited... and waited... and waited. Until, my mother, on Mother's Day, had to call them. They said "our address didn't exist", and "your credit card didn't go through". So my mother, extremely upset, got very angry, and they said dinner on us. Give us five minutes. Well, it's 40 minutes later, and I'm pretty sure since we live don't live extremely far, that they just forgot. Thanks Outback!

Disappointed with the crab legs. The meat was dry and parts of the legs were also fishy tasting. Had this special last summer and it was delicious. That is why I ordered them today. Will never order the crab legs again!

Good food but dirty floors - had to clean the crumbs off the seat before I sat down. The bathrooms were disgusting & looked like they haven't been cleaned since the night before!
