It’s pretty obvious now that Applebee’s parent company has struggled financially, it has now trickled down to the consumer. Issues too long to explain, just have to list.

1. Employee car perfectly double parked in the to go spaces for the 1 hour 20 minutes we were in the store.
2. Manager was appreciative we brought it to his attention, but he was busy with the 2 waitresses and 1 kitchen help gentlemen screaming at each other and fighting over something in the parking lot. Police were called.
3. I always order the bourbon street medium, because it continues to cook on the plate. It was FULLY well done when they brought it. I would have sent back if someone would have asked how it was. 

Only one doing her job seemed to be the bartender, polite, professional, helpful, and consistent drinks. Unfortunately not good enough to return, terribly managed restaurant.

Excellent place to enjoy a cosy dinner. The food was delicious and the waiting time very short. The prices were adequate and the service was perfect. An excellent restaurant for every occasion

Honestly food and service were 5 stars. (I used to work as a server/bartender at a different location.) The only reason it is not 5 stars was due to the fact they did not offer a military discount...

WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Tonight was the worst night I've ever had at a restaurant!! Ate my food without the sauce I wanted, didn't get a refill at all! Waited 20 minutes for our check that never came so we had to guess our total and leave it on the table! They were NOT busy!!!! Hands down worst  experience and we will never go back!
