I'm disappointed with this location. I have been a Workout Anytime member for several years now. I have been to several locations, including Nicholasville and both Lexington locations. I recently went to this location because this is the closest one to me since I moved to Louisville. First off, I noticed the equipment was dated. Benches had tears in them and some of the benches were wobbly. I looked past this and started my workout. After finishing my weight lifting and moving to a treadmill, an hour after being in the gym, I was approached by the general manager who told me I could not wear what I was wearing to that location. I was in full length leggings and a crop top. And this crop top wasn't even that short. It sat right at my belly button and my leggings were high waisted. So there wasn't a lot of skin showing. I was told that I wasn't allowed to show my belly there. I left the gym and called another location in the Louisville area and was told crop tops were not a problem there. Unfortunately, that location is farther than I would like to travel. So because of this, I am now taking my membership elsewhere. I didn't sign up for a Planet Fitness gym.

Don't even think about working out after hours. I just signed up this week and have went to work out 3 times and have only gotten in ONCE after hours. I called the first time this happened the next day and it was supposed to of been fixed and it was. Until tonight apparently. Really bad decision on my part to pay this place money.

Starting to become like Planet Fitness. Constantly being told to be quiet when doing Olympic lifts. This is a gym not a safe place.

Horrible management! I have been a member for 1 year and have never once had my monthly measurements taken although i have requested it several times. If you are not talking money then really the staff are not talking to you.

Used to be really nice, and for the price it's still OK.  But more and more every time I go stuff is broken and stays that way for the longest time.  Hardly any of the sound equipment for the treadmills work now.  Night time door entry works most of the time.  Half the lockers are taken by people who just leave locks and nobody bothers to enforce their policy and cut them off.  Hopefully this gets fixed soon but it's been fairly progressive for a while.  Probably need to look elsewhere soon.
