Even though we had coordinated with the staff several times over the past few week requesting accommodation for a group of 15 & our liaison had confirmed with 2 different employees within 24 hrs. prior to our arrival; we were told, when we got there, that we weren't on their books. 
They did however, immediately set up a spot for us & we had a wonderful waitress. Food was on par but, since we were a larger group, it did take a little longer to be served. All in all, I'd probably go back again but not with a larger group.

I come here regularly and the customer service is always top notch. I come here with very large group and we don't have to wait too long. Food gets brought out quickly. Everything is cooked well except for the steaks. Seems like the chefs don't really understand how to cook a steak. I usually like it to have a bit more red in it, but it always gets over cooked and is really dry. Although one time it was way under cooked. Apart from the the rest of the menu is good.

Good place if you're looking for value. Not somewhere I'd choose for an especially romantic evening or special occasion. If you order from the 2 for $20 or $25 options, they're tasty choices that include appetizer and are all good. Service is friendly. Waits aren't usually too long compared to other places. I had the whiskey bbq burger, pictured and it was delicious. Ordered the burger pink all the way through and it arrived medium well done, disappointing but not bad overall.

I haven't been here in years, and It was much better than I remember. We sat at the bar and our bartender was amazing, I've actually never had a bar tender as good as this guy. He saw the problem with my girlfriend's order and pointed it out to her and ask her if she wanted him to fix it, he was polite, very nice, and held a good conversation. Will definitely be going back to this Applebee's again.

Great food. Fair price. Good atmosphere. And I like how they have TV screens around the restaurant with sports games playing.
