Reviews

An all round great place to eat. Banquets are always amazing and lots of leftover's.  Nothing here seems to be bad. Every dish we have tried has always been  full of flavour and the portions are huge. The set dinner selection is very good and you can even substitute a few items. Service is quick and very efficient. There are also two options there is the restaurant side and then there is the bar.

So I wanted Chinese for my family and ordered sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken, it was  awful. So let me explain, not only is it not cooked like normal, but it taste strange and what little of it my family tried to eat, it gave us  diarrhea. Not going to waste my time trying to get money, but will recommend never eating at this place ever. The only good thing about Maxi is its nice and polite staff.

I've been going to Maxi's for 35+ years.  Great food, services and the Karioki is fabulous. The pork egg foo young and the hot and sour soup is the very best for me.  It's all delicious.

Food was horrible!!. Everything was Super oily and greasy!!! Everything was fried and it was just nasty. Noodles were so soggy and wet....especially, Don’t get the #2 dinner...I liked the water and crackers they gave. That was literally the only good thing that tasted good! Servers were rude. There was only one nice server.  Trust.
