Overall great experience. The restaurant was conveniently located. It was clean, and nicely laid out. The staff were very friendly, and personable. The food was delicious, with decent portions.Food: 5/5

The portions were huge and the prices were reasonable.  There was a lot of chicken in the mixed entree.   We split between 2 people and there was no need to order more.  The fountain drinks were not very good.  I would prefer a can or bottle over the musty tasting 7up and ginger ale.  They gave no hassle over the issue. This place is best for large groups if you want to get past an entree and try an actual meal.   But I can't complain about the tasty chicken that was well seasoned and covered with a nice but not too heavy coating of sauce.

Well, after looking online with a 4.0 STAR review, We decided to give it a try Last weekend. Long waiting over 25 minutes but at least they had the text messages System telling you when u’re next!  We sat on the table, order appetizers all good everything was fine!  The chicken quesadillas were delicious!  And then comes the main plate! What a disaster!! Pasta overcooked look like then been made yesterday and heated in the oven!  Chicken no taste!!    My sister InLaw ordered ribs and pasta!  Well same thing for the pasta and the ribs…. What ribs what was that!   Overall 100$ Waisted for 3 people!! NEVER AGAIN  NEXT!

Every time I order Togo or take out they never do my orders right. I ask for ranch and they give me blue cheese  I ask for no dressing on my salad and they do it anyway. Get a salad and it comes with absolutely no toppings on it. I always get cold food. I don’t suggest ordering to go.

They are short wait staff, so they only seat at about half the tables. I advise going right before prime meal times to avoid a wait - I was there at 11:30 and seated right away, the people that came in at noon were give a 30 minute estimated wait time. I had a sizzling sirloin meal with garlic - the best part of the plate was the broccoli, it was so good! The sirloin itself was decent but was very fatty. The server was great and like everywhere else, the prices are getting silly.

The food was good and friendly service. I don't like the payment system. I believe is tipping a waitress for good service but it should be my choice. The lowest option for a tip is 18% or go in the menu to calculate your own amount. Everywhere else I've been has a 15% option.Food: 4/5

We didn't even get a chance to sample the menu. We arrived for the after 9 specials and dinner.  When we asked for a table we were told it would be a long wait.  Half of the restaurant was empty.   Hostess was less than helpful.  We left.  Will not go back again.

DON'T BOTHER GOING THERE -Coming from Montreal, we decided to give Applebee's another try since our last visit 2 months ago.  Unfortunately, nothing changed.  Again, as soon as we walked in, we were told it was an hour wait to eat inside .  They're STILL short-staffed.  More people were walking away than in the restaurant.  Apparently, they had only 2 servers and 1 cook. Why stay opened?  We watched many seniors having to park their cars, and some had use their walkers to enter the restaurant, only to be told about the hour wait -  they turned around and left.  So disrespectful to their customers.  Why not put a big sign on the door about the hour wait! We asked if we could order for take out instead.  Well, we had to wait for the  'take out specialist' to take our order??  Specialist??  We waited 50 minutes for our small order!  So, we ate our food in the car - it was ice cold and quite expensive for what we ordered  at that. Never again - they lost my business entirely! Luckily, in spite of this, we found Texas Roadhouse - what a great restaurant,  and fully staffed with impeccable service and food!   Sorry to say, I was a loyal Applebee customer, but no more.  I'll never walk in there again!

Delicious burger. The waitress was very nice but she forgot our order for 40 minutes and after asking her again she brought a chicken and strawberry salad without the chicken. The place was very empty at about 9:20pm, so really no reason for this. She was sorry it happened....  Vegetarian options: There are vegeterian options on the menu.  Parking: Unlimited parking in front.
