We came in from out of town, and with it being late at night, there’s limited options.  We were happy to see the restaurant so busy so late at night!  We were going to order the Bourbon street steak with a Oreo shake……..  But decided on taco appetizer-awesome!! We each got hamburgers, one with a salad and the other with chicken tortillas soup-all were great!!  Food was served smoking hot!! Yay!! And fast!! Great job Applebees!!  Parking: Easy peasy, lots of spots  Kid-friendliness: Plenty of stuff for the kiddos!!  Wheelchair accessibility: There was wheelchair access

Chicken tenders to hard, returned 2x. Overall the food is good and good prices. I ordered grilled chicken, much better. All waitresses are very good and try to be attentive.Food: 3/5

Always a good experience & friendly staff. The food is very good and the service is as expected. Been going to this location for a few years already. There are always some good deals you can’t pass out on. I highly recommend the salmon and the fried shrimp. The French fries are always crispy as they should be. All very flavorful.Food: 5/5

First time ever in an Applebee's. Came for the all you can eat boneless wings. The wings were delicious and well done. The only complaint I have, which shouldn't influence anyone from coming is the service was a little slow. Like others had said, not a single order was messed up and this restaurant will become a staple in dining out in my household.  Kid-friendliness: Child menus are given upon request with activities on the back to entertain kids.

It was a very nice restaurant, I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Well I've had a lot better at another chicken place for less money. I went again and got a bacon cheeseburger, well let me tell you I think it was the best burger I've ever had. My mother got the burger on soft taco shell and she loved it. I don't remember what it's called but there's a picture of it on the menu so you can't miss it. The first time we went Jesus C. was our waiter and the second time was Mia. They are both wonderful wait staff I recommend sitting with them when you go. They were both very attentive to our needs but not overly so that they were pains in the butt. We loved sitting in their sections when we went. The first we went was in the early evening and the second time was midday, great service both times. The atmosphere at the Chicopee, Massachusetts location was full of the cities photos and a lot of the planes at Westover Military Air Base, very nice and comfortable. If there is a down side to our experience it would be their napkins are brown so they look dirty before you even touch them, white napkins always look nice and clean. So that's it. Both times were great just the first time the chicken sandwich was not up to par but great service great atmosphere and mostly great food.  Parking: They have their own parking lot so parking is no problem.  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's no trouble at all for wheelchairs. There was snow on the ground when we went but the parking lot was very clear of snow as were the sidewalks. I am handicapped and I had no troubles at all.

My friends and I came in together to have a nice dinner but left unsatisfied. Our server Luis gave us a bad service. He never went back to the table, had a long face like he didn’t want to be there. Rude, bad costumer service, no smiling overall a bad service. The food was salty and hard.Food: 1/5

We're coming here for our 7th wedding anniversary on Sunday.  Eating here is a treat! We go once every few years,  but I'm always excited!Food: 5/5

We visited at 11 am we were the 1st customers.the.  we sat down and ordered our drinks, and than when they came we placed our orders.  We waited 50 minutes for our food newer customers  came and sat down, we all had the same waitress. They all received there food as we were still waiting. Called for the waitress and she had an attitude. As well as the manager . And to top it off our food was cold even after I asked to nuke the pasta dish. I WILL NOT COME TO THIS APPLEBEES.AGAIN VERY POOR, TELL WAITRESSES STOP STANDING AT THE BAR...

Lovely place with a great atmosphere. The waitress Cola is an amazing person I think she should get a raise . I’ve been giving her some hard time might of been but she handle it just well with no issues. They got a great food deals as you can get any of theirs appetizers miss or match only for 12.99$ with unlimited refills.

My husband and I love Applebee's! It's our go to date night! Drinks are great food is always good and if it's not for any reason they are quickness fix it! Service is always spot on!Food: 5/5
