Great chain restaurant with friendly service. Bartender named Luis really knows his stuff. Servers are friendly and aren't afraid to show a smile. Place was clean and we loved that they have the jukebox that can be paid and operated via our phone (play store app)

Don't even bother spending your hard working dollars here.   All you can eat ribs is not true. They serve you 2 and fill your plate with fries. Then you ask them for 2nd and it's the same thing.  Not worth it.  2nd time Applebees is a disappointment!! 

Will not be dining there any more

I go to apple bees at least twice a month. Mostly for the spinach dip I love cheese. I've tried the salads; they're very good. Most entres I've had are good. No bad experiences, the servers have always been prompt and kind to me and my family. Overall good experiences.

Went here on Tues Nov 21st at 9pm.  The hostess didn't smile or even greet me.  She sat me immediately to the right without ever speaking.  15 MIN later my waitress finally shows up to get my drink order!  Comes back 12 min after taking my drink order with no tea and says they have to make more!  I got up and left!  CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED SO BAD I didn't even want to wait the hrs it might have taken to order food.
