This is usually our last stop before heading home to Mexico. Although it's just another franchise spot, we really like them. The service is quick and the place is clean and convenient. If you are into large customized burgers, this is the place to go. Try the works if you don't know what to order, the add the toppings you want in the salad bar.

We are in town due to the hurricane evacuation and wanted to feel normal for a little bit with some comfort food. The service was very quick and the topping and condiment bar was a huge hit with the kids. The milkshakes are AMAZING, the wedge fries are perfectly seasoned, and the onion rings are HUGE. We really liked that there was a prominently displayed veggie burger instead of just a footnote that a veggie patty existed. After our great experience at this location, we will definitely have to look for locations closer to our home.

Great American style burgers. Good price and taste. I ate one with bacon and mushrooms. What are you waiting for? Go and get one.

Went to have dinner with the family ... Burgers didnt take long but one of them had a long hair stuck on the cheese and that's the way the girl have it to me.. after I told her she was asked where? I don't see it and pointed out again... she just said oh yeah there it it .. threw away the burger and said ill call you when your order is ready.... manager was not even aware or visited with us to make sure we were satisfied.....worst staff I've seen... Also, when my kids tried to get their cookie at least 3 girls just looked at us and kept on walking.....one cashier was pretending to count money but was actually on her phone... Too bad.. most likely will not be eating there again.....

The buns are delicious, but they never get the meat tempt right. Its always well done despite telling them medium rare, etc. When I returned it, staff looked annoyed. Also the place isn't very clean. The station for drinks is the worse.
