This place in a good area close to the mall. Where you can look out the window and see the mall, and other small business. Now here the problem when we got here it look close. It was dark and very unwelcome I had to go in to see if they was still open. This was 8:45 at night they greeted me quickly that was nice. It was a slow night there so plenty of room, had us nice seats. We order which was simple we ate Applebee's all over Missouri. They short us cheese dip, our food took forever to come out on a slow night. Then they was out of yogurt for child. After almost a hour the good came my plate was full of to much water or juice.  My grand daughter had no form or spoon we had to ask for it. They keep asking is over and over is everything ok and we just want to eat out good in peace. It was my girl friend birthday we wanted a nice family night out. My plate I can't get over look like a swamp

Excellent ,prompt service.  Food was served hot and delicious.  To Go order was done correctly.  Loved it all.

My favorite place Applebee's, all u can eat boneless chicken n the food is good my daughter love them too. I like there service such courtesy n quick service, the place is always clean, the people is very friendly

Called in for carside, got hung up on 3 times.  Finally got through and said I would have to come in to get it.  What a joke!  What's the point if carside if I still have to come in.  They said it was to cold to come out to car, i recommended to put gloves on and a stocking hat.  If you dont want to do your job, find something else!  You just lost my business!

of the 4 meals served was cold. Asked for more to drink, 1 person, was done eating by the time she got back. When finally bringing the check I went to hand her cash, walked off said she would be back. Well I was tired of waiting at this point,  so I laid the cash on the table. I hope she got the money for our bill. I don't like doing that, cause there are so many dishonest people in this world .
