Food was good but the main course came too quickly, right after we got our salad. service was good except after he brought the check and said no rush, he came by every few minutes to ask if we were ready to pay the bill. I finally had to say something to him. We don't just linger because I realize turnover helps his earnings but I hate it when the server tries to rush me. Didn't leave my usual tip because of this. Decided to try it again on 12-15-17 @ 8:10PM. First off I was met with a greeter who was rude. I requested to sit a booth that was empty in a warmer part of the restaurant but she wouldn't allow us to sit there and sat us in a cold area. I was freezing during the meal. My wife and I used to eat here a few times a week and am starting to remember why we stopped frequenting this restaurant. Luckily we had a great server, Kat, who turned this visit completely around. Food was good and with wife just having surgery, Kat went above and beyond to help get food prepared so my wife could eat. Management needs to address rudeness of their greeting staff and reward such good service staff.

Overall just ok. Bourbon chicken & shrimp did not look at all like menu. Only 3 tiny slivers of mushrooms & shrimp were tiny and few. Husband's 8 oz. steak was in 2 pieces with one being very gristly. Also not many mushrooms. Daughter's 6 oz. steak was good, but side salad tasted like it had chicken in it. Waitress was great--very attentive.

This place is way over priced and the quality of food is not worth the money. No one there seems happy to be working and some of the waiters and waitresses are very rude.

The food was good and service was good as well. Prices not too bad either.

Food is typical of any Applebee's. The hostess was sitting in at a table close to the door wrapping silverware and eating lunch at the same time. She was handling the utensils by the surface you would eat off of. I watched her seat a few people and then come back to the table and continue wrapping silverware without washing her hands. Maybe not an issue for some but it gave me the willies
