Menus change daily, and are reflective of what Chef has sourced from his farms, fish mongers, farmer’s markets, specialty purveyors, and the Element 112 garden. Chef Nixon only chooses suppliers with the highest standards and ethical practices, in order to provide Element 112 with the highest quality products.
