Def gone down hill since last time we were here. Bourbon Street steak under seasoned, potatoes had no seasoning, the beer was warm and drink specials on board were for certain times only according to our server and we ended up paying triple price. Board has no times listed on it so be sure to ask before ordering! Kind of disappointed as this is usually my favorite treat for dinner out with hubby.

Went to Applebees tonight to pick up an order and experienced a slight hiccup in my order. The staff and management worked diligently to correct the error, were very apologetic and understanding. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and there is no doubt in my mind they went above and beyond for us, swiftly changing what could have been a bad experience to the best customer service experience ever! So grateful to them! Keep up the awesome work! 😀 👍👍👍

We had an absolute horrible time. We visited the restaurant 12-26-17 at around 10:30pm. (Party of 3) The manager was at the door and he didn't greet us or even smile he just said follow me and led us to a table. 2 guest were beside us and a lady who worked there was standing talking to them for about twenty minutes as we continued to wait. We had no idea that she would be our server because she continued with her conversation after knowing we were waiting to be served. She came and took our drink orders and sent another girl to bring our plates and napkins. This woman came to our table and didn't say hello or anything she SLAMMED YES SLAMMED our plates down on the table and left.I was so upset by then that I spoke with the manager. I let him know that I thought they all were unprofessional and it was the worst service I'd ever experienced. He apologized which was so fake it was ridiculous and tried to tell me how they were busy earlier and so understaffed. I did tell him I would like to just pay for what we had ate already and just leave but he said our food was almost ready and it would be on the house.Lol he really thought that would make up for the horrible service!! Before I left I went to the restroom it was so dirty it was scary.No napkins to wipe your hands,tissue all in the floor, and no door knob on one stall door.It looked like someone had burst it off. Save your self stay away from this low class run down place.

My friends and I tried to make the most of it, but our whole experience was awful...and that’s putting it nicely. I don’t know what the problem was. They weren’t very busy, but we waited a good hour before we even got our food. Long wait for our drinks and then they were nasty. One of our steaks was undercooked, so we sent it back and then it came out burnt. The fries and chicken tenders tasted like they came from McDonald’s. The chips sucked and when the manager brought out “fresh” chips, they were stale. They had lights out in the bathroom, which was also very dirty. The waitress and the manager we spoke to were very apologetic, as they should’ve been. Overall, it was a bad experience and I doubt we’ll ever go back.

We went to celebrate mine and my roommates 21st, our waitress didn’t even tell us happy birthday or anything, so that was disappointing. The dollar margaritas were such a good deal, but they literally tasted like they had no alcohol in them. I get that since they are only $1 they won’t be strong, but at one point it looked like I was drinking mount dew and I could so heavily taste the sweet and sour mix that I made them take it back. I would’ve rather had paid full price for a marg. But the Food was pretty good, not the best but still good for the price!
