To start the waitress and hostess were great.  My disappointment came when I discovered that Carolina Ale House doesn't take wings seriously any more.  I'm not even mad that I got 17 wings when I ordered 18.  I'm mad there are only 5 different sauces.  I had the second two hottest one and there was no heat.  Bring back the wings Carolina Ale House.  Guess I'll have to find a new wing place.  Again, the service was great.  Just disappointed.

My family was greeted at the door immediately and was Ava was going to be out server. We sit down and NO ONE came to our table to ask if we had been served, if we wanted anything to drink or if we we're ready to order. Well after 15-20 minutes, I got up and went to the bar and asked to speak to the manager. She came out a couple of moments later and tried to fix it. We so disappointed and irritated, we left. The service at this location is not good and we will not be returning. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I visited the restaurant about a month ago because I wanted to relax and look at some sports after a long day's work. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. I was ignored by the bartender for what seemed like 30 minutes. I wasn't that hungry and I was into the game, otherwise I would have left. Finally, another bartender took my order. I think they rotate around. Consequently, they don't have to worry about pleasing the customers since they all are going to get their tips divided. My food order finally was delivered by someone else that worked in the kitchen. It took another 30 minutes for the person that took my order to come back over and ask if I needed anything. I ordered a beer, but he was so busy trying to hang out and talk with this other group of customers, that he never brought my beer. It then took another 15 minutes for him to bring the check. The bartender could see how upset I was so he had the nerve to bring the check and add a tip automatically to the bill!! (Including a tip on the tax!).
The service at this establishment is the worst that I have ever experienced. I will never go back!

Great food. Excellent staff. Best bartenders around. We visit every Friday for lunch and end of the week spirits and fellowship.

Food was excellent, especially the buffalo chicken sandwhich. Very buffalo-ey. My wife liked the salmon. Like the casual atmosphere. Like the random British phone booth. Service sraff really went out of their way.
