My husband and I usually enjoy Applebee's & make it a point go around the holidays and take advantage of the free $10 gift card with $50 in gift card purchase. We were both very disappointed in our latest experience on 12/23/17. My husband always orders the parmesan garlic steak and shrimp, and on this date I ordered a cheeseburger. My fries and the cheese on my hamburger we're ice cold. I didn't accept the new fries since they didn't arrive till our entire meal was completed and we were leaving. This was the first time my husband was disappointed in his meal. His shrimp was rubbery and burnt and he said his steak was mushy and tasted stale. The only part of our entire meal that was edible was his mashed potatoes. Sad to leave a restaurant and still be hungry after spending $40. Very dissatisfied, the reason we didn't complain to the manager was our waitress was nice and two ladies at the table beside us was giving the staff a hard time and we didn't want to add to it.

We waited over an hour for our food and asked for refills on drinks that we never got.  We asked to see the Manager and he never came out so husband went to the kitchen and got him and brought him to the table.  There were 12 of us and we all got our meals free.  There were people that came in after us and got their food ate and left before we did.  They all had different waiter's or waitresses and lot of their food wrong also.   Food was good but not service.

Amazing people never been some where with so much kindness our waiter was the best i have ever had wait on me. Garrett H you arw amazing keep up the good work.
